Bateleur Aviation was founded on 15th April 1991 by Bruce and Alison Abbott. The main aims were to provide quality flying training on a one to one basis. Bateleur Aviation is a CAA registered training organisation and follows the JAA flight training syllabus and the NPPL flight training syllabus. Bruce exceeded ten thousand flying instruction hours across many areas of flying many years ago; he is also Chief Flying Instructor for Weald Air Services Multi-engine training (CAA approved). Bruce also teaches PPL theory, IMC theory and modules in a B.Sc. course in Aviation Management and Operations at London Metropolitan University. Where will the flight be taken from? Lashenden Aerodrome, also known as Headcorn Aerodrome, was chosen as the main base because of the variety of aircraft available for training, the generally informal atmosphere and the location. Headcorn is just 15 minutes from junction 8 off the M20, and only 1 hour from London by road or rail. Headcorn aerodrome, in the heart of Kent, offers easy access to uncongested airspace in the South East and the continent. You can reach us on 01233 613549 or 07841 465865. We would like to hear from you. | ||||||||||||
